RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Petro Industries, we understand that occasionally, your purchase may not meet your expectations. We are pleased to offer an exchange service (subject to terms and conditions), but please note that. We do provide refunds, with the exception of hygiene – sensitive items such as earring or pieces used for piercings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly do so within 5 days of your purchase or item receipt. Please reach out to us at info@petroindustriesltd.com

In cases where the product is not found to be defective upon initial purchase, the purchaser will be responsible for a 10% handling fee and any associated shipping costs.

We regret to inform you that items not returned in their original condition cannot be credited.

All items should be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days.

Every item will be carefully assessed by our team to ensure it remains in its original condition. If the returned item meets this criterion, your account will be credited for your next purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Every item is meticulously inspected and thoughtfully packaged before leaving our store. If, by any chance, you receive damaged items, kindly take relevant pictures and reach out to us at info@petroindustriesltd.ae within 48 hours. Please include all your contact details, and our team will be in touch with you promptly.

SHIPPING
When returning items, we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a traceable shipping method. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during transit. Returns that have not been received will not be credited.

REPAIRS
We hold our customers in high regard and are more than happy to assist. If you have a piece that is still under warranty and requires some tender, love and care, please visit our offices at The Business Exchange, Unit 40, 90 Rivonia Road, Sandton. Don’t forget to bring a copy of your receipt, as our team cannot provide assistance without proof of purchase. For pieces that are out of warranty, we can also offer our assistance for a nominal fee.
